Pilgrimage in Tibet:
Tibet is one of the best destinations for the Buddhist pilgrimage and who love the Tibet. In Buddhism there are three major groups: Hinayana, Mahayana and Vajrayana. In the Vajrayana Tibet Buddhism, there are four different groups Buddhist religion’s Schools (Monasteries) in Tibet. Nyingma, Gyaluk (yellow hat) Kagyu and Sakya. These all-religious monasteries you can visit during the trip at central Tibet.Tibet known for its richest Tibetan Vijrayana Bhuddhist heritage, there are over 800 settlements. Lhasa (alt. 3,650m.) is the capital of Tibet, which known as ‘Roof of the worls’. The history of a unified Tibet begins with the rule of king Songtsan Gampo, his first wife Birkuti Princess of Nepal, who played an important role establishment Buddhism in Tibet. There are several old monasteries, old stupas, holy lakes and mountains at different places. Pilgrimage at Tibet every foreigner must need to follow the rules and regulations of Tibet Autonomous region of China.
Visa and travel permit for Tibet: Travelling to Tibet it is important to issue Chinese visa from your own or neighbours’ country through Chinese embassy or consulate. Without visa all foreigners are not allow entry in Tibet from any border or airport.
Also, you need a group visa Travel to Tibet. In one group require minimum four persons. For remote areas, such as Mount Kailash, Manasarovar lake and Chari need special Alien’s Travel Permit issued by PSB of Tibet at Lhasa.
We have our own Travel Agent in Lhasa, for arrange the group visa, transportation, hotel reservation and flight. For the Tibet group visa and permit we need a photocopy of your current passport (valid minimum 6 months) and white background, passport size photograph by email, at least one months before your trip to Tibet. After your arrival at Kathmandu, we require your original passport to collect the permit and group visa.
If your entry from mainland of China to Tibet by flight or train, our Tibet agent will send you your group visa details by e-mail, which you need to show at the airport or train before your departure to Tibet.

About the hotel accommodation, there is many international standard hotels from non-star to five stars at Lhasa. There are several restaurants for vegetarian and non-vegetarian as choice menu provide different dishes with excellent service.
Out of Lhasa for e.g., Mt. Kailash – Manasarovar region there are not available any luxury accommodation and restaurant, we have to compromise with local hotels and restaurant.
About the ground transport, we provide tourist standards jeep for small groups, minivan for middle groups and bus for big groups. During the pilgrim period, we provide all the services for hotel accommodation, Buffet meals (Breakfast-Lunch-Dinner) with hot or cold drinks, transportation, pilgrim guide and entry fees. Local time and currency: Tibet time it is +8:00 hours ahead of UTC (UTC+08:00). Tibet doesn’t observe Daylight saving time.
The Chinese Yuan known as Ren Min Bi (symbol: RMB) is the official currency in Tibet.
